Plattsburgh's favorite soup and sandwich shop has been offering three different soups daily since June 2003.
Our original location on Clinton Street was the perfect size for an upstart lunch concept that focused on homemade soups, signature sandwiches and salad preparations. After the first six months, it became painfully obvious that we were quickly outgrowing our limited space with only five small cafe tables and a 10 foot lunch counter.
Our current home at 24 Oak Street (just across from the YMCA and Public Library) has allowed us to expand our seating capacity to thirty-plus with nine full sized tables and two sun-lit lounge areas.
Well that's all well and good, but what about the food?
As we mentioned earlier, we offer three different soups daily, salads and sandwiches. One soup is always vegetarian, along with our specialty salads and two vegetarian sandwiches ("The Tree Huggers Delight" and "The Vegiterranean"). Vegan diets can always be accommodated.
We have also expanded our menu with a variety of homemade salads that are on display in our deli-case. And wait until you see our new sandwich lineup "ADK Monster Wraps" and "ADK Flatlander" specials!
So if you happen to be strolling downtown or are looking for a new "favorite place" to nosh and meet with friends; stop on by.
Dinner Service will be postponed until further notice. |
